"I had to change my sons doctor due to insurance reasons. For the past five years we saw a pediatrician. We went to Byram today and I am SO happy and amazed at how nice they all were. This was by far the best experience I have had with my little one in 5 years. From the front staff, to the two amazing and patient nurses. "Never have available appointments. Called for something I’ve been dealing with and they said I could get an appointment in a week but I could be put on a waiting list. Dr’s offices are supposed to leave open appointment for sick people. Last year my son had strep and they couldn’t see him for 3 days so I ended up taking him to an urgent care and it was confirmed strep. Obviously they don’t care about patients health just about making money. Ridiculous!"
"I saw Dr. Jared Smith for a physical after having a sinus infection, Covid, and post-Covid pneumonia. I realized it was time to streamline my healthcare through a reliable primary care provider. Dr. Smith was extremely patient, kind, and caring. I was particularly pleased with the questions he asked that painted a picture of me as a whole, not just of some boxes I checked on the new patient forms. He covered a lot of bases that had not been covered by other doctors in the past (I am 47 years old!) I am excited to have this new doctor/patient relationship with such a caring medical professional."
"Just had my first visit here, and it was incredible! The front desk woman, Suzette, was so sweet and compassionate. She made me feel really welcome. The nurse who did vitals was also really great and patient with all my questions. Dr Smith took his time going through my entire health history, and I cannot thank him enough for really listening to the concerns I had. All in all a really great experience and I’m so happy I found them!"
"I’d been coming here for a few years and was originally really happy coming here. Not sure where the complaints of the front staff are coming from because I never once had an issue with any of the ladies up front. My issue lies with the lack of response I started to get from my primary doctor. I’ve sent multiple messages and also called. Never got a call back until I was about to switch doctors… then after that same thing. I wait weeks to hear anything in response to my lab questions. Between my own health and my child’s, waiting upwards to a MONTH to hear anything is beyond unprofessional.. I finally switched doctors after having dealt with this multiple times."
