"Pulled in solely for a drink. Took a sip 30 mins down the road just to realize i could SMELL and TASTE mildew/mold from an unclean water line or machine. The worker was nice but its no wonder this bk was empty during the dinner rush. Clean your lines and machines!"

"So I ordered 2 meals through DoorDash from this Burger King on Wheeling Island and the majority of the time my meals are very good but this time the fries and the chicken fries that I got with my 2 meals were old , luke warm and stale . This wasn't the dashers fault . My sandwich that I got with one meal was hot so no...not the dashers fault. The DoorDasher gets 5 stars and the restaurant gets 2 stars . Don't know if I will go back to this location again ."

"Emma was a good person she is nice i liked how she took my order. Roy who is in the back loved how he made my sandwich wanted no pickle he got it right. Food was hot. I would come back when he is in the kitchen and when emma is upfront. Only time i would come. ROY MAKES THE BEST SANDWICHES.."

"The foods always fresh The workers always help get the best deals & always make us feel like they aren't rushing us like everywhere else. We stopped going to other places because our orders was always being messed up. They actually listen & get it right."

"The food was okay. That's about all I will say. It's obvious that it had been sitting for a while under a warmer before we got it. I am a stickler for customer experience and my biggest complaint was that the restroom is locked. I don't know what this establishment has gone through to make this necessary, but it ruins everything. When you have been on the road and you need a bite to eat, the first thing you need to do is go to the restroom. I had to wait in line for I don't even know how many people to get a key for the restroom to prove that I was a paying customer before I could do my thing. I bought food this time, but I will not be returning. I am done with any public facility that does not offer public facilities. Here's an even nastier thing to think about. Requiring the customer to obtain a key to go to the restroom requires them to touch their private parts and then return that key to an employee. That employee is not wearing gloves, does not wash their hands, and you have no guarantee of what happened to that key when it left the front counter. This is a disgusting practice and if you are not willing to let people use the restroom in your restaurant then you don't need to own a restaurant. 10 out of 10 will not be returning out of principal. This is disgusting."
