MISSION BBQ is a patriotic institution located at 1051 Boardman Poland Road in Boardman, Ohio, United States. We are dedicated to serving the best BBQ in the nation, inspired by our travels across the country. Our mission is to provide authentic, mouth-watering all-American food for those who protect us, the hard-working individuals, the home teams we cheer for, and our beloved family and friends.
We have a deep respect for our military personnel, veterans, police, firefighters, and first responders who make our community a better place. At MISSION BBQ, we give back by supporting vital charities through fundraisers and service projects, donating over $25,000,000 since our establishment in 2011.
Our General Manager in Robinson, PA, Jimi, is known for prioritizing the needs of our teammates above his own. He exemplifies humility and leadership, always putting the well-being of others first. Our team members speak highly of his dedication and selflessness.
In addition, we honor individuals like Tom Glenn, who played a crucial role in the evacuation of Americans and refugees during the fall of Saigon in 1975. Tom remained committed to his duty until the very end, exemplifying courage and selflessness in the face of adversity.

"I ordered from mission BBQ in Boardman Ohio this evening January 2024. I ordered carry out which I called in over the phone. Anyways I wish I would have had the presence of mind to get everyone's names. Everyone that was working tonight was absolutely amazing. They were the kindest group of strangers I have interacted with an incredibly long time. Granted I know their job is to be polite to people but you just don't see this type of kindness. So I hope their manager sees this and gives them acknowledgment for their kindness! Thank you guys for being so nice after my literal day from hell!!"
"I had brisket and my husband had ribs, and it was disgusting. No flavor , it was hard, dry, and burned. Really disappointed at the cook. I loved going there , not anymore. They need to bring the old kitchen manager back, he was awesome . His food was delicious."

"Whenever I come here. The servers always have a fantastic attitude. The food is always hot and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend their Jalapeno and Cheddar Smoked Sausage, Mac and Cheese, Pulled Pork and Brisket. Their Sweet Tea is also one of the best brands around. I always get good service here and the food and the price are worth it. You have earned me as a loyal customer because of a fantastic product and a commitment to quality cooking and worker attitudes."
"Their pulled pork sandwiches are some of the best around. Pork is always tender, moist and just melt in your mouth. A variety of different bbq sauces. I usually use 2-3 on my sandwich. Get all kinds of great tastes. Green beans have just a little bit sauce in them. They are really good. Corn on the Cobb…OHHHH Yes!!! Wish it wasn’t seasonal."
