"Like all the reviews below, the employees here are so incredibly rude. Really, rude doesn't even cover it. I went to ask a question to the lady at the desk who was on her phone and was told to "sit down till she called my name"...I said "I just have a quick question" and she said "I just told you to sit down"...I then listened to her as she complained about me to her coworker (the woman who was going to take my blood). Literally, all I did was try to ask a question, and her job is to help the patients and answer questions. When I was called back and was getting checked in the two workers were talking about how the woman who went before me was such a baby about it. The phlebotomist was very rough, so I don't blame anyone for flinching. Horrible experience."
"The employees here are so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was told to "man up" and laughed at when I asked to lay down because of my history of fainting with blood draws. The technician and receptionist watched videos on their phones and texted and acted inconvenienced and irritated when you asked them anything. The technician was extremely rough with the needle. It was really a horrible experience. I would advise anyone to avoid this location. The Perkasie location has kind employees who care about their patients, it's worth the extra drive."
"First time here, should have left after how I was treated beforehand, but needed the blood work done asap. I didn't hear the woman as she's behind plastic and has a mask on. She laughs at me when I told her I couldn't hear her and then rudely asks me if I'm wearing hearing aids, which is very discriminating and continues to laugh at me ! I told her you can continue laughing all you want, but I can't hear what you said. The other woman next to her looks around the booth, I didn't acknowledge her. Her treatment of me was so disrespectful and I'll be looking much further into what I can do about this. I'm not done. this."
"I have come to this location 3 times for bloodwork and all 3 times the woman have been very rude. Not willing to help at all. Was told this am I have to step outside to make a call as they never received the order. And I’m not even sure why you need paperwork if the order comes thru via fax or email. And why do you need my card on file? You can’t just bill if there is a balance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE every single time I have been in there. You are suppose to help people not make them coming to you an inconvenience. Patients would handle themselves differently if they were treated better! Poor vibes when coming in there."
