"AWFUL is an understatement. The woman "Linda" at the front desk really needs to undergo a patient care and customer care course. She is RUDE. My mother called early in the morning and was told to come in after 1pm, as she did she asked roughly how long the wait was and was told "The Dr. was 2 hours late and she couldn't predict the future". My mother then asked if she could wait in her car and be notified when her name was cold as there were a lot of people coughing in the waiting area and was told "they don't do that". Later on, was asked what she needed to be seen for and explained she was in knee pain and before she could explain she also was concerned about her blood pressure the woman said "The Dr. isn't going to give you pain pills"! I am absolutely disgusted, my mom really needed to be seen today and this was a complete waste of time, she didn't come in for "pain pills" and to be frank, it isn't her business. On top of all of this, there was NO hand sanitizer, and the kiosk in which my mother was directed to check in with was not wiped down before nor after her. This is unacceptable!"

"Staff is so friendly, definitely our families go to place. They are not fast but most urgent cares aren't. At least the staff here is awesome people you can have nice conversations with. Longest we have ever been here is almost 2 hrs but its 100% better than going to ER and waiting hours just to be seen. Then sometimes we are in and out in 30 minutes it all depends on the day. Place always looks clean and honestly for me it's also about the staff they greet you with a smile when you are feeling sick. Good positive vibes. Thank you Belvidere Care Now"

"Greeted by Linda who was extremely rude. I understand there is a process for things but what I can’t fathom is someone’s job being a customer service representative/receptionist and being utterly nasty and talking to someone like they are stupid. Very unprofessional. I called to speak to someone after and she answered the phone, put me on hold then hung up. On top of it talking about me to the receptionist next to her. I feel sorry for people that have to come here who are very ill. Luckily this wasn’t the case for me."

"Went here for the first time with a sinus infection. I made an appointment online very easily and the check in process at the kiosk was simple. The woman behind the counter was polite and I didn’t need to wait longer than 15 minutes in the lobby, which for a doctors’ office is not too bad. The medical assistant who took my vitals and updated my chart was also friendly and thorough while also working quickly. I had a male doctor who had great bedside manner and was professional with a good sense of humor. Despite feeling terrible during my visit from the sinus infection, it was a good experience overall. Glad to finally have a reliable walk-in option close to home."
