"First of all, I would like to commend Dr Sparks and his staff for their professionalism and friendliness. Whatever my eye care needs are they work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get me scheduled and address them. I recently saw Dr Sparks as I was diagnosed by him with dry eye disease. I received my first of 4 IPL treatments and cannot believe how incredible my eyes feel. My eyes always burned and were painful at times. I can also see more clearly. I look forward to finishing the treatment regimen. I highly recommend their services. Mary Ann"

"Nice well stocked and clean office. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable Dr's. However, this office is inconsistent with its business hours. Their Google page says they are open at certain times yet if you were to go down to the office or even call more often than not you would get an answering machine and an empty facility. The do not have the courtesy of informing their patients even through answering machine why they are closed on days they should be open making it difficult to schedule appointments. Furthermore, whoever handles the insurance coverage apparently does not know how to do their job or simply does not do their job because I had nothing but problems with their office processing payments when the insurance said there was no reason to delay me getting my glasses and it was technically a"them"problem and they were the only ones experiencing said problem. Very disappointing and not worth the aggravation. I would be happy to revise my review should things change however I do not want to give them my business any further."

"I do not think I have ever had an easier time getting answering and getting an appointment on the books than I did when I emailed to see if this office accepted my insurance. I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone who got my daughter in Christmas weekend, the office and medical staff were friendly, polite and amazing with my 6yr old. She voiced she was afraid of the eye Dr from a past experience else where and the Dr. Made her so comfortable and spoke to her about her eyes as well as me. The ladies in the front were so patient while she selected her frames and explained step by step why they had to order them special for her. 5 stars is not enough stars!"
