"Every single time I need a same day appt for my son, we get one. Geisinger Peds on Church street is always exceeding my expectations for pediatrics! My son was seen today and the doctor, Sara, was AMAZING! She was so great with my son, the second she walked in. She was super friendly and walked him through everything so he wasn’t scared. We were in and out before my actual appt time came! The ladies in the entire pediatric urgent care are just so wonderful. Thank you All for being so great with the children!"

"Took my Grandaughter to see Dr Ephlil she had a very nasty attitude the moment she walked in the room didn't even introduced herself was just straight rude yelled her question out rudly because I didn't hear her the first time was very un professional. I found out she throw up right before she came in the room to take care of my Grandaughter she didn't even wash her hand when she came in the room but had the worse attitude worse doctor experience if you sick stay home don't take it out on your patients plus it's covid no one want a sick person taking care of them"

"I never knew there was a pediatric urgent care until yesterday when my doctor suggested I take my daughter there. You’re supposed to have an appointment, that was my mistake, but they still seen her and took amazing care of her. Everybody there were so nice and made her feel so comfortable! Thank you to all of the staff for being absolutely amazing!"

"If it was possible to give this place no stars I would but don’t bring your children here the staff is very childish and ignorant and rude. You walk in and don’t ever feel welcome because the nurses are talking to each other and don’t acknowledge your existence (even though they’ve already made eye contact with you) until they’re done carrying on with their conversation. I’m sorry but when your at work do your job you can chat another time. Also they have rescheduled my daughter twice in the last two months for her immunizations she just turned 6 months today and they haven’t given her shots since she was two months old I’ve called the office and complained and they tried rescheduling me to wait yet another two months for them to see my daughter (she would miss her 8 months shots by then) once I told the nurse that I will not wait yet another two months for my daughter to get her shots the nurse told me it wasn’t that big of a deal. How are you a nurse and speak to a patient like that your job is to make sure every patient is up to date with immunizations not four months behind! Plus all the doctors seem to call off the exact same day each time so no other doctor could see my daughter to give her the shots either! I’m furious with this office please don’t go here if your considering it, it’s not worth it. The last two days I’ve been in the process of switching my daughters pcp and I’m so glad to never go there again!"
