"I visited the store to return items that I purchased through DoorDash, previously the policy was that items could be returned to the store for a credit 31-60 days after purchase however that happened to have change the same day I stopped in. The assistant manager, was so empathetic and apologetic regardless of the fact that it was not her fault at all! I completely understood and as she was looking up the phone number for who to call, we started talking about why the product wasn’t working for me. She explained that layering the SPF tinted serum I use with an SPF setting power were not blending because two SPF products don’t always mix when one is oil based. Super helpful to know! I reached out to DoorDash support per her instructions and was given a credit for the products I wanted to return. Great partnership between the two companies and great service all around. Thank you!"

"I went in looking to try and find the right shade of haus labs foundation as well as some green tinted primer/color corrector. Jennifer was an absolute sweetheart. She took her time finding me the right shade and gave me some samples of color corrector to try to help me decide before I buy. I ended up coming back the following day to buy Tiger Grass Camo Drops by Dr Jart (one of the samples she gave me) it worked so well helping to hide my redness. All around awesome customer service, thanks Jennifer!"
