"I really want to recommend this place but I’ll let the reader decide for themselves: Cons: -Long wait times on the phone during peak hours. -Snotty (yes, snotty) medical assistants. Sorry Sheri, but between the unpleasant service in-person and rude voicemails, I can’t chalk it up to “maybe she just had a bad day.” This woman was seriously one of the rudest medical professionals I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Over calls/voicemails that were not returned. Seriously? -You are expected to relay information from the Dr to the medical assistant booking your next appointment. Only trouble is, oftentimes it’s a lot of info and unfamiliar names I can’t remember from 1 minute to the next, never mind repeat with any accuracy. Sheri made sure to be super unpleasant and make me feel 2 inches tall for that one too. Pros: -Actual doctors and physicians are great! Accommodating and understanding, most are young but looking to do right by their patients. -Waiting room is spacious (and uncarpeted, thank god) to allow you to sit well away from actively sick people. -Office and front desk staff are also very polite even though I’m sure people aren’t so nice by the time they wait on hold. Never once felt rushed or belittled when calling back and speaking with the regular appointment/office staff. Overall, still better than a lot of places I’ve been to, but all it takes is one rude person to negate the pros. I’ve worked in customer service my entire adult life and I’m aware of what is and is not acceptable behavior for someone interacting with the public and Sheri checked about half of those no-no boxes."
"I scheduled an appointment and prior to the date of my appointment I recieved a voicemail stating THEY would have to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts. I tried calling twice and was unable to reach a real person. Two days after what was supposed to be my appointment they sent me a message saying I missed my appointment, I went on patient portal and they are trying to charge me a $70 missed appointment fee for which THEY cancelled. I will not be paying this charge. If I could give less than 1 star I would. In the past I signed a release of information that I thought the doctor would be signing and it was handed off to a PA who I might have seen once or twice. His negative remarks cost me from obtaining a personal goal. Doctors spend more time on computer while in room than on patient."
"Great place if you want to be patronized by incompetent doctors. Unfortunately i needed a diagnosis for a cervical spine injury caused by whiplash and a dislocated shoulder. But all i got was “you’re fine”. Paid $50 for “you’re fine”. If you are so smart that you take liberties making snide comments to insult the intelligence of your patients, why haven't you figured out that people who are “fine” don't go to the doctor? Avoid these pathetic scumbags and find yourself a doctor who actually does their job."
"If you require peace of mind that your insurance billing is handled correctly, your paperwork requests are processed even close to timely, or that your phone calls are returned, I'd recommend staying away from this office. That said, our experience with the doctor was fine. Well, except for receiving uninsured bills for the use of a Q-tip when infant daughter had an ear infection and the unnecessary showing of a YouTube video of how to use an inhaler when my son needed one. Over $100 for those two gems. The service there plainly sucks. Trust me and save silly money it costs to just get your history paperwork out of there and into more capable hands. Although that charge was worth every penny."
"The staff here are amazing. The wait is never long and I have never felt rushed by the doctor. They always take time to actually listen to my concerns and are quick to respond to questions through the patient portal. I went undiagnosed with Lyme disease for years and they were able to properly diagnose and treat me. I'm thankful to have found this office and the wonderful staff it is made up of."
