"A pipe broke last Friday in my basement. I had never used Zoom Drain before but found them on Google search and Angi and chose to call them. I could not be happier with that decision! The person who answered was lovely. She said somebody would be to my house within a few hours and then the owner called back very shortly after and said he could have somebody there in an hour! Gianni arrived just as promised and did an amazing job of unclogging and cleanup. And you know when someone says it could cost this much or it could cost this much, the latter being the more? And you kind of just prepare yourself that it'll be the higher price? Well I was so pleasantly surprised when he told me the final amount which was the lower one! Gianni and Kyle definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend!"
