"Ive never experienced such poor service. My mom is sick and the doctor doesnt return phone calls and ive called the practice multiple times and was told, they will reach out to the doctor and have him return your call. It’s been over 3 weeks and still no call from the doctor! My next complaint- I had the doctor fill out a form so i can manage my mom’s benefits because of her health decline. I had paid the fee for the form but yet to receive the form and when i call for a refund after 3 weeks of not getting that form filled out. The practice states they dont have an answer from the doctor about my refund and it’s only 20 dollars so i shouldnt make a big deal about it!"

"The receptionist at this place was awful. She was so rude. All I wanted her to do was verify my health insurance before my appointment. I called the day before my appointment. She didn’t give me a call back, so I called the day of my appointment. She didn’t verify it yet and told me she would get to it when she gets to it. And she was arguing with my wife over the phone. If you hate working with people, find a new job. Never going back there."
