"I brought my husband into the er for back pain as he needs surgery. It took hours for pain medication and we never saw a doctor. Miscommunication with sending him to Pittsburgh to simply just discharging him."

"My wife was sent here from AGH for inpatient therapy. From the moment she arrived to the day she was discharged she was treated with respect and dignity. The nurses and therapists were friendly and professional. The entire staff seemed to go out of their way to assure her comfort. In the two weeks she was there she, through the help of the therapist, made enough progress in regaining the use of her legs to feel comfortable returning home. I would most certainly recommend this facility to anyone who needed inpatient therapy."

"Took a friend here for outpatient surgery. Was ask to come early, then waited over a hr for him to be taken in. Then over 8 hours,which 6 of those were just waiting for a simple outpatient surgery that took less than 20 mins. And an hour in recovery. Spent my whole day waiting! The outpatient surgery waiting area was abandoned by any staff by lunchtime and for the rest of that day. The person who was there in the morning was rude. More interested in her phone. I'd say the Dr was pleasant and the nurse who escorted him out as we were leaving. Other than that, a total bad experience. To top it off he ended up with a 2 days after the surgery."
