"Honestly an amazing visit. The person at the front desk was super kind and accommodating- they were able to make me an appointment for same day care within a few hours! Diann was also superb- totally kind and it felt like she really wanted to help make me feel better. It was also affordable, and they even looked up a coupon and the cheapest pharmacy so I could try and keep the costs down. Just a totally amazing and affirming experience (which isn't always the norm in healthcare!) all around. I've already recommended them to others in the area!"

"Made an appointment showed up here today to find the clinic locked and closed. It would have been nice to receive notification, especially after I confirmed my appointment via your text system yesterday. If you cant at least show patients the courtesy of a notification when the provider cancels, maybe dont take appointments. The owner responded saying everyone was notified after my review, Im a very prompt person and I did not receive a cancellation call. My response to the text reminder was read the day prior and nothing else communicated. There was also others in the parking lot after I sat there for awhile thinking they were late. So at least 3 people didnt get notified. Clinic may be lovely, but communication needs to be improved."

"Just fantastic from top to bottom. I have lived in Columbus for 4 years and have never really had a primary care doctor in town which has cost me a lot of grief in dealing with places like Ohio Health (absolutely horrible) and the various Urgent Cares throughout the city. To say the least, I was skeptical of healthcare practices in Columbus Ohio, especially given that I don’t have insurance at the moment. The woman attending the front desk was just phenomenal both on the phone and in person, you can tell she really takes pride in her work and wants to make everyone who walks in those doors comfortable and at ease, I also want to note that I called 15 mins before they opened to leave a message and she called back BEFORE business hours, totally unheard of in today’s world. And then for the doctor, Diane was just incredible, hands down best experience I’ve had with a doctor in my life, she asked the right questions and really listened to my answers to get to the bottom of things and I felt like she takes her care personally and truly seeks to provide the best treatment for you with your future in mind as well. As long as I’m here in Columbus this is the only place I will trust with my care."

"I will NEVER go anywhere else again. I've got pretty crappy insurance and haven't had a good doctor in years. My friend recommended this place. Both women who own it are so warm,inviting, highly knowledgeable, and very thorough. Great personalities. We joked and laughed together. Got great advice. I've never had a more thorough doctors visit in my life! Very clean and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend them."
