"From a business partnership aspect, I f i could give this place a negative star I would. I manage a dental office and we treated a mutual patient a few days ago that required medical clearance before proceeding with restorative work. The patient was given the clearance and instructed to have Dr. Kenney fill it out and return it back to us. The patient decided he was going to fax the paperwork over (from a location unbeknownst to be) to Dr. Kenney's office to save a trip. Today I receive one of the RUDEST telephone calls in my 14 years of being an office manager from a woman who claims to be Dr. Kenney's Office manager (FIRE HER NOW!). When I picked up the line she DID NOT introduce herself at all she DID NOT provide me with any patient information instead she said( in the most annoyed tone ever)"Yea um someone sent a fax 5 minutes ago that I can barely read and I don't know how you expect this to be filled out if I cant even read it" What type of professionalism is that?!? Despite the unprofessionalism I tried to explain to this woman that we have not sent any faxes over to cardiology today but she cut me off and said " YOU KNOW WHAT I WILL JUST THROW IT AWAY AND IT WONT GET DONE" I could not believe those words even came out of her mouth! I was so taken back the only thing I could say was "excuse me?" she went on to say that she was providing me with a courtesy which boggles my mind considering we cannot move forward with treatment unless we get the cardiologist permission. It got to the point that I no longer could converse with her so I told her I would Advise the patient that he would have to go directly to the office to have the form completed."
