"Wish i could give them half a star. Called 15 times in the past hour repeatedly and never once got a response. Not only that but leaving a voicemail does nothing because they never call back. My moms currently in the hospital and i cant even get someone on the line to cancel her appointment to avoid no show fees. Absolutely ridiculous trying to contact these people every time."

"This is the worst office ever. Scheduling is the worst I don't know why they haven't replace ignorance with technology. Never get a call back. I call ring, ring, then it goes busy next time I call ring, ring, and leave a message how is people going to get the proper care if this office don't care in calling patients back."

"I’ve been a patient here for 12 years at 3 different locations. There’s always been a long wait but my doctor always spent adequate time with me. I had 2 appointments so far with her replacement. Last appointment was a 5 minute phone call! She didn’t care about my mental health issues that were concerning me. She just changed all my meds without hearing me out or even knowing my background. When I called to see if I could get a different doctor (which is next to impossible to get though to the main office, even if your a doctor or hospital) they told me I had to file a complaint first. No one answers the phone or returns your calls (not even the nurse) They are supposed to call YOU to set up you next appointment, they don’t! The pharmacy within is great. They answer the phone and will take the time to answer questions. It’s the only thing good about this place."

"BE FOREWARNED!!!!!!! These scumbags will sell your information!!!! I had this phone number for 6 months, I had to leave a number for them to call. Spam bomb texts and phone calls leaving messages. Fiererreli insure, Medicare help line.... I f your insurance allows you to go anywhere also go. I unfortunately had to go here once because it is the only place that takes my insurance. It was always impossible to build a repore with a therapist, because they come and go each week and you are left starting over with someone new. The doctors aren't very intelligibleble. Most past doctors from when I went there, looked like they needed more help then thier patients and preach b ed for themselves. I could go on, but I think you get picture..."

"For a place that is supposed to help, it is almost as if they set this up to be ironic. They do not answer the phone. To get an appointment is near impossible, and when you do they don't follow up. I went there in July, got told to fill out forms online instead of in person, and that they would follow up. They called me after I filled out the online forms to verify info, and said someone would be following up for an appointment. They didn't call me for that until two weeks ago. I sat with no medication for 3 months. When they called I mentioned that I have gone three months without meds and haven't heard from them, and they said they would take me off their list. I recently received a bill in the mail from them for services, and now they won't answer the phone to discuss what services they rendered for me. Just super frustrating and disappointing to not get any help."
