"Dr. Louis Petrone is an attentive doctor who actually "listens" to the patient."
"Don’t go in here ever. We made an appointment through phone and asked whether the visit is covered under our insurance. When we visited, we again asked before checking in the appointment, again were told it is covered. Later, we got a huge bill. When we tried to dispute it, we were told it is patient’s responsibility to check with insurance. Why weren’t we told that at check in or booking the appointment? Instead lied to that the visit is covered. Update: I emailed them after their message below and they didn’t even reply."
"The staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The front desk staff make check-in and check-out easy and will even help you schedule follow-up appointments. There are chairs of all sizes and an accessible bathroom available in the spacious waiting room."
"The reception staff were quick and efficient. I barely waited before I was called back, and check-out took 1 second, literally. I saw Marie Schroeder McClay (CRNP) for a women’s wellness exam, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was personable, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable asking questions, and she gave wonderful advice. I highly recommend her!"
"The doctor was nice enough but boy was the service terrible. My appointment was at 4:00. I arrived at 3:50 and got checked in. Within 5 minutes they took me back, took my vitals, and at 4:05 told me "the doctor can now see that you're here so as soon as he does he'll be right in." At 4:25 someone came back in to say "he's finishing up a procedure next-door and will be right with you. Mind you, I can hear most of the conversation that's happening next door so now that I know it's my doctor I'm even more aware of how long it's taking. At 4:45 I hear him leave that room and enter the room on the other side of me. I figured he's doing his dictation or writing notes and will be right with me. At 5:00 I stick my head out of the room because it's getting to be ridiculous. The assistant tells me he's finishing up a procedure next door (so he still had another pt to see when he was already 30+ minutes behind to see me) and would be right in. FINALLY at 5:15 the doctor comes in. He explains one of the procedures was not planned and he doesn't like to rush anyone out of the room. Fine, but to see a pt more than an hour after their appointment is just not acceptable. The SECOND the knew he was that behind they should've done something - come in and given me another update, offered to let me reschedule, offered to let me see another doctor if there was one available - and yet they did nothing except keep me waiting in a room with nothing to do for over an hour. To top it off, the doctor had who I assumed to be a med student with him that was never introduced and therefore I never gave permission to be there which is a huge HIPPA violation. And then when I went to check out and make sure I'd paid for everything, there was no one at the front desk because it was after business hours so I don't even know if I owe a co-pay or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I would only recommend going to this place if time isn't an issue for you. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand that things happen but there should be policies set in place for when the doctor gets this behind schedule."
