"Called and asked if they accepted my insurance. I was told that they did. I filled out paperwork, gave my insurance information. Immediately following, I had an acupuncture procedure. The procedure went fine (and I think it actually helped), however as I was leaving I was asked to pay $60. I told the clinician, that I was told that my insurance would be accepted. She took a picture of my insurance and stated would call me the next day as to whether my insurance would be applied and if so my payment would be issued back. I never heard anything from her. Please know the real issue is that I should have been informed of required payment up front! Suppose I didn't have the money to pay for the treatment? The way things were done felt deceitful and why I did not return."

"Terrible experience and one of the worst massages I have ever got here today. The Masseuse was non stop sniffing and coughing the entire length of the massage. Along with that she used rubber gloves which tugged and pulled on my skin the whole time which was painful. I highly recommend NOT going to this place. I left in more pain then when I went in today. 0 stars."

"This place is usually pretty great for a massage. The woman I had today however, I‘ve never seen and she forgot to massage my elbow. She did manage to focus on my other problem area, the shoulder, while also completing the full body massage!"
