I bought a groupon deal for facials and I've been calling her to make an appointment for more than A MONTHHHHH!!!!!!!! nobody picks up the phone and the voicemail is always full...I texted her asking if I can go there at a certain time, she sent back a text after 2 days but didn't say if she is ok with the time I want....texted again to ask if it works for her..NOOOO RESPONSE.... if you are not available to work just shut down the business and don't waste people's time"

"Completely unprofessional! I texted to confirm my appointment 1 hour prior to my appointment. Got a response that we were still on. I got there and texted that I was in waiting room. No response. I called several times and texted in the course of 45 mins, then sat there for 10 as I contacted Groupon. So an hour there and no one showed up. Wish I had seen reviews here before booking appointment. Got a text 3 hours later with lame excuse about having confused appointment. Waste of time!"

"DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE! I purchased a groupon for a facial and then booked my appointment. I drove to East Greenwich, found parking, walked up the 3 flights of stairs to find NOBODY THERE! I sat in the hallway, called Donna but she didn't answer and her voicemail was full. I texted her and said that I was there waiting, no response. I then gave up and walked downstairs to another business. I mentioned I had an appointment but no one showed up. I was informed that she does this often. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!"
