"Look elsewhere. Staff is very friendly, but calls aren’t returned. Prescriptions get called into multiple pharmacies and forget about pre-authorizations. It shouldn’t take weeks to have a simple glucose reader pre-authorized so Medicare will cover it. Dr. Patel, like so many other doctors, will rush you in and out, doesn’t listen to your concerns, nickel and dimes you with bloodwork and copays, but never follows through with his insight on the results. I should have left years ago when he told my father he didn’t need a second opinion and he didn’t need to bring his daughter (me) with him to his visits. They elderly wouldn’t need to bring an advocate with them if doctors weren’t so predatory in their practices."

Unfortunately the office staff falls well short of anything I would consider acceptable. No one returns phone calls even after multiple voicemails. I finally opted to switch my primary care physician due to the lack of response."
