"We had to go to the ER at about 2:00am. I can’t say enough about the professional care we received. From the time we arrived , CAT scans, blood tests and diagnosis was completed in 3 hours. Surgery was scheduled & completed within another 6 hours. The staff was attentive & professional & the hospital was very clean."

"01/ER I was trying to open the door I was knocking for 15 minutes and the nurse saw me and she didn’t move at all knowing that I was there with my son outside that he had pain in his chest I was knocking in the door for 15 minutes into my son fell in the floor. My son was having chest pain and no one open the door knowing. That we was outside and then after 15 minutes, the security guard decide to open the door. Never again. This is the worst hospital I ever the worst you will die in the hospital. It was something will happen to my son. They will be hearing from my lawyer. The nurses and the staff very rude. I never saw a hospital like this. This is the worst."

"I'm really quite appalled by my visit here. I came down with a really bad case of food poisoning and I tried so hard to not go to the hospital but my bf convinced me. Firstly, people groaning and moaning in an ER shouldn't be a surprise to your nurses- you deal with the sick and injured they're going to groan. Secondly, not every stomach issue you come across is AUTOMATICALLY THC overdose especially if the only symptom is vomiting and nausea. When I admitted to use of THC when I was asked on the preliminary questions - I didn't get to finish that I hadn't used recently before one of your nurses screamed " I KNEW IT" (which is ironic because apparently they didn't know that THC overdoses also come with high heart rates, very low blood pressure, and reddening of the eyes, with lack of response all of these I did not show other than nausea and vomiting) while dramatically throwing their hands up as if they just got the biggest inconvenience of the world. Seriously, coming from an EMT who has gotten calls for THC overdoses I still treat them with the bare minimum of respect and not like a child throwing a temper tantrum."

"My daughter / business partner had surgery at this hospital. I’m not sure why the hospital is getting such bad reviews. In the words of my daughter “they were magnificent “! It was clean everywhere, the staff from the front door was accommodating and extremely professional helpful and friendly. This small gem of a hospital had her in a private room where her spouse was able to spend the night. As a parent this service was the most you could ask for. 10/10 all the way around."

"I don’t know about all the facilities the hospital offers but I can say that the staff who has taken care of my 92 year old grandfather have been exceptional. My grandpa was admitted with a uti that became septic and the doctors and nurses got him stable. He is on palliative care and has been treated with so much kindness, respect and nurturing. As the family members it means so much to know when we leave at night that he is being looked after so well. The kindness of the staff did not end with my grandfather. They’ve been so good to my grandma and the rest of us. They bring us drinks and chat with us. A special thank you to the Isaac and Carol for always going above and beyond for grandpa. Taking the extra time needed to feed him and wash him up daily has made him feel comfortable. Much thanks to the head nurse for running a tight ship on the 3rd floor. Cathy makes the time to answer any and all questions. The physical therapist Karen has been not only gentle with my grandpa but also with us when explaining what we can expect. The palliative nurse, Elizabeth looked into all options and broke them down for us with kindness and professionalism. The care workers and have also been informative and helpful. Grandpas patient advocate, Amber, has sat down with us as well and made sure all needs were met. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care anywhere else. I hope that people take the time to appreciate those in the medical field who handle themselves professionally and bring the medical care needed for those in need. It can be easy at times to forget all that goes in to taking care of the ill, especially during stressful situations. However, we need to show our gratitude when it is deserved."
