"Just a dumpster fire. My appointment was at 1 and I'm writing this review sitting in this office where I've been left. It's 2:15 and no doctor in sight. Last time I was here it was just as bad but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Dr. Hanson is a nice guy when you can see him but this office has ZERO respect for your time."

"If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for a diagnosis of something serious that is going on with you, PLEASE do not see Dr. Hansen. I went to him recently for some routine blood work ( I was feeling lethargic and just unwell.) I voiced my concern for the possibility of PCOS, and he said " You dont look like someone who has PCOS, you would be fatter in the mid region and you dont have facial hair" ( I do have some facial hair but not alot) He then proceeded to follow that up with " your italian right?, That explains it then italians are hairy- I should know, my wife is sicilian." Not only did he not take my concern seriously, but he was COMPLETELY WRONG. I was diagnosed with PCOS, from my gyno 3 weeks later. Thanks for nothing Dr. Hansen!"

"Dr. Eric Hansen is Horrible! If you can find another doctor do it! I have chronic insomnia and get a routine prescription of Ambien in order to sleep. It is like pulling teeth to get refills ordered. First, he only authorizes 2 refills even though it's a minimum of 6 months between visits. Then, they have no responsiveness when the pharmacy calls for authorization. I phoned a refill in on Friday 8/18 to the pharmacy. When I stopped by on Monday 8/21, the pharmacist said she had not received the refill authorization and could only get a voice-mail when she tried calling. I called the doctor's office and told them I had a single pill left and could not sleep without them. Even though it was 10 am, they told me they weren't sure the doctor would get to it that day, but at the latest, it would be Tuesday morning. Sure enough, by Monday afternoon, it still wasn't authorized. I called the doctor's office again early Tuesday morning and got the same story. They weren't sure he'd get to it. I explained that the prescription was submitted Friday, I had already called Monday, and I was now out of pills and couldn't wait until Wed. I was assured she'd bring to the attention of Dr. Hansen. When I called the pharmacy later that afternoon, they still had not heard back. I called Dr. Hansen's office at 5:03pm and got a voice-mail saying they were closed for the day. After a sleepless night, I called Dr. Hansen this morning and again explained the urgency of the matter. I was told, "The prescription didn't go all the way through" - whatever that means - but they would take care of it immediately. When I went to the pharmacy this afternoon, they had heard nothing from the doctor. I called his office at 3:15 and was told he was done for the day, but he would get to it first thing in the morning. I demanded to know why he hadn't been able to get to it in the last two days and was told he was "with patients." No matter how many times I explained I WAS A PATIENT, she somehow seemed offended that I would suggest equal care should be given to patients not physically in the office as those who were. Not to mention, of course, the lack of after-hours coverage. Translated, I guess that means make an appointment and PAY ME once a month, and I'll fill your prescription when you actually need it. What a disgrace!"

"Only doctor I've had that refuses to send my records to my new doctor at my (the patient!) request. They tell me to go to my new doctor and fill out a RRF. How inconvenient! My old cardiologist told his staff to send on all my records to my new cardiologist. Simple and considerate. Unfortunately, this doctor and his staff are making it difficult for me."

"Five stars for Dr. Eric Hansen who has been my Doctor for years! He listens, is caring and very thorough. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Actually he saved my life! (If you have to wait a bit in the office - know they are taking care of someone else…. It will be your turn soon.) I"
