"Dhianna is informative and helpful! However, the doctor Michael Amendolara, kept me waiting and others for over 45 minutes. That’s is unfair and unprofessional. At least call your patients and tell them your running late. The nurse who takes your temperature, etc is always friendly! I will not wait again or see the doctor unless he’s within 15 minutes late at the most or on time! Ugh! Consideration.. thanks! It’s was disappointing the doctor didn’t even apologize for keeping me wait over 45 minutes! I will never see him again…"

I found the practice on Google review and it turned out to be located in the town I have lived in for the past 20 years and I never knew about it. The doctor I met was Jeffrey Merkle, MD. The Google reviews for this address were from the old medical business and not at all a reflection of the new medical business. The staff in this office were fantastic. Dr. Merkle answered all my questions, listened to my health history, cared what I had to say, gave me excellent advice and did not rush me out of the office. I have been going to the same doctor for 20 years until today. Hamburg Medical Associates will be my new go to team."
