"From the minute you open the door, you are greeted by a lovely person for check-in. Then you are called back within 5 minutes to the exam room. You are met by a wonderful medical assistant, who takes your vitals and reviews your meds. Then you meet the Greatest Doctor Conrad. He makes you feel like you are a person, he makes sure you understand what plan of action we have and when you are comfortable he walks you out to check out. Again greeted by a lovely woman who works with Dr Conrad to make sure you are making your next appointment to return. The greatest experience ever. I don't say that lightly, because I see a lot of Doctors. Thank you for the opportunity to review this practice."
