"Terrible experience. Bad business practices. Don't seem at all concerned about patients. Here's the situation: Made an appointment online with a physician as a new patient in September. Received a confirmation for said appointment. Created an account on MyChart. Never received a request for new patient information. Very strange! Called the morning of my appointment (5 weeks later) to see if I should come in early to fill out paperwork. Office staff member said doctor is not taking new patients. Said the office tried to call in September, but the call would not go through. No other attempt was made to contact me. YET, THE OFFICE HAS MY EMAIL ADDRESS! Total waste of time. 100% unprofessional. What's worse, the person on the phone was not at all apologetic. She was snarky and short and basically hung up on me. BEWARE."

"This was my second visit with Maria Dats, I must say she is very good, she really cares about her patients. I am glad I found her. If it had 10 stars I would give her 10 stars. Thanks"

"Not a well ran office--always got stuck with a PA—and therefore, no continuity in treatment of care and makes for the quality of care to be less than stellar. Could give a few examples but for lack of space, just trust me on this. Seeing the doctors whose name were on the place for many years—Whelan or Mcelmoyle—is like seeing a ghost, booking months in advance. Office Manager unfriendly when bringing to her attention. Left there and never looked back."

"My family had been using this location for many years. I am sad to say it is not what it used to be. They have told me that because I have not been there in over 6 months, I am considered a "new patient" and they are not accepting new patients. They have been collecting my insurance money every month without objection, however. If by some chance you are able to get an appointment you will be seen by a PA and not the actual doctor. If the PA can not figure out what is going on they will send refer you to a specialist, of course you pay copays the entire way. This exact dance has been done to every member of my family. I don't know if that is the state of medicine across the USA but this office has let us down."

"I've been going to this practice for years. While it's difficult to get an appointment with the doctor's, that is not an issue for me. The PA element added to their practice, especially Colleen Silk, is phenomenal. I think any practice needs that complementary aspect to their practice. Colleen is a combination of medical provider and health care advocate."
