"My wife, children and I have been using Premier Health in Sparta for over 25 years. They are grown up now but wife and I still use. That is until now Over the past several years they have become rude, belligerent (and not just the office staff.. but the med staff as well), unkind and overall just a lousy experience. I can tell my main GP has checked out mentally. Don't use this place. It's only a fragment of what it used to be and you can find way better,"

"First off I had to pay 98 dollars to unlock my account for an appointment I’d never been to from Milford PA, I did not have time to fight with these people due to needing antibiotics. After paying this and making an appointment with the rudest desk ladies I’ve ever met, I still have not gotten my results for a urine culture or the antibiotics I’ve been needing for over a week now. You will continuously go in circles with these people and they will give you an attitude like answering the phone or your questions isn’t their job. I’ve truly have never met such awful staff, the doctors are very nice but you can tell no one communicates with each other. If I could give 0 stars I would, don’t waste your time or money dealing with these people who will treat you like your a piece of gum stuck on the bottom of their shoes."

"The front office staff are rude and unprofessional. But they need to do something about the front, it is in complete disarray In addition, I have on more than one occasion called to refill a prescription only to be told incorrect information, twice to be hung up on. I will never go back to this office."

"Completely unprofessional. They keep sending me a bill that will never get paid. Stas saw me for 2 1/2 minutes and charged me over $400 for a referral and a note for my gym membership freeze. Didn't know I would be charged literally $7500 per hour for a referral. Never got the note. I will be complaining to every possible outlet available. This Doctor should have his license revoked."
