"I had a really weird experience with Frederick Psychological Services that I thought I ought to share. I made an appointment with Rebecca Frederick to meet her online through her office manager, Kris Carlone. I opened the doxy.me link Kris sent me but Rebecca never joined the meeting although doxy.me was showing that she was available. A couple of minutes after the meeting was supposed to begin I sent an email to Kris and asked her if there is a possibility that Rebecca has forgotten about her meeting with me but didn't get a response. 20 minutes after the meeting was supposed to begin Rebecca went offline and I sent another email to Kris and told her that yesterday their system sent me an automatic text message about my appointment with Rebecca but Rebecca did not show up today. I still have not got any response from neither Rebecca nor Kris and it's been two days since I sent the emails."
