"I have been a patient at this practice for as long as I can remember. The door of primary doctors is constantly rotating and my primary has changed 3 times in the last 3 years…. This week I was scheduled to have a 6 month mammogram follow-up that is precautionary to make sure what they found is still nothing to worry about and Dr. Rita Carabello refused to send me a referral. What kind of a doctor does this? This was not a referral for weight loss, plastic surgery or some strange specialty…it was for a diagnostic mammogram/ultrasound…. Not to mention, I had a week’s notice that I needed this referral and for a whole week, no one answered the phone… the phone machine actually said the office was closed when they were not and it gave inaccurate hours…. Center One on Bustleton and Haldeman needs to do better."

"This is the worst medical system, to have on appointment with the primary care provider it takes from two to three months, I moved from NY to Philadelphia where is takes the most a week to see your primary care provider."
