"I came here for the final steps of a physical exam for a cruise ship job. They were pretty professional and the people were nice, which is not a given in central Philadelphia. I'm docking a point for the long wait times, although I'm sure this is common in such places."

"Fortunately, I was able to fill out pertinent medical info on line. From the time I signed in to the time I completed my pre- employment testing took about a half hour to 45min. tops ! I was in and out ! I loved it ! I hope they continue with their rapid service."

"I believe better communication would make the process easier. I sat there for 3 hours just to get a drug test. When I got to the lab there was on 2 people ahead of me. 15 people (yes I counted) came in and left and I still wasn’t seen. Then was told they were having a problem and it’s why my simple urine test was taking so long. So asked the receptionist if I can come back and was told I had up until 3 pm. I returned and was told by a different more helpful person that once I left the papers I had were now invalid. But she found a way to help me so this is why I’m giving 3 stars because that person showed she had more knowledge and concern about the people."

"Please....Please beware. This place is the absolute worse. I waited for about four hours for a ten minute urine drug test. I visited clinics and hospitals and this was the only time I have ever waited this long. I wish I would have read the reviews first. EVERYONE there had the same complaint. One gentlemen I spoke to said he left the day before because of the wait time. He came back the next day at a earlier time and waited even longer than before. The staff seemed nice but the operation side is terrible. Go somewhere else or at least check the reviews first."
