"I miss Dr. Nero!! I remember being in literal distress complaining about my lack of focus and Ms. Tania Gonzalez looks up from her phone and tells me to "just focus." Are you kidding me? At certain points I felt like I couldn't even trust her after that, which eventually just led to more problems on my end. Because I wasn't in a rational mindset, I had trouble even defending myself from that point on as well. Well now I am back to say that she was absolutely terrible."

"This place is amazing - Take the other reviews with a grain of salt. As far as the comments about the cancellation fees go - every late cancellation = lost business for them if they can't reschedule. They happily waive the fees for you if you're a good patient and show up for all of your appointments otherwise. The office is really nice (Providence), gorgeous waiting room pre-COVID and a safe space to get treatment. I can only speak for my experience with my own therapist, but I highly recommend this place."

"Just started coming here. The psychologist is awesome. But after one visit, they reschedule my follow-up with the wrong Psychologist that I first seen! There's no way to directly contact the East Greenwich office. Ya can't tell if they are opened or closed.. The wrong Dr calls to notify of the mistake on a Sunday night. Im boggled! To many kinks to work out. Not what a patient needs."
