"Found this place in my insurance book. Saw the website, seemed like a very good place. MY FIRST APPOINTMENT I waited 45 minutes and still wasn't called in for my appointment. I was extremely angry for a place like this. I really wanted to be at this place for help because the website was so good and it seemed like the staff was great. I couldn't wait anymore it was ridiculous, plus I had another appointment at 1015 that was very important I had to be at. I was told at checking in that if you miss an appointment, you pay $150, not the insurance. Hmmm, nice way to earn easy money after you make people wait for a long time and then they get fed up. Not a very good impression on me for the first time. Makes me question the business they get."
