"Trying to make an appt, I've been on hold for 38 minutes and counting...it says I've been in the first position for 25 minutes now. Who has this much time to stay on hold for an appt. Update, I hung up after 47 minutes on hold."

"The staff has always been nice and helpful. They sometimes seemed short staffed and a little rushed but were very pleasant. It’s hard to get through on a phone at times. Dr Tenthoff is wonderful. She takes her time with me and the time to chat. It’s a very good practice."

"I too wish I could give this practice zero stars. There is no option to make an appointment when you call. When you press 5 the “all other” option it goes to the referral line saying someone will call you back within 48 hours. I did get through one time. The woman tried to schedule an appointment but “lost” it in the middle of scheduling it so she put me on hold. I put myself on mute to talk with a family member about the appointment. It took me a second to take myself off mute when she came back on but she immediately hung up on me. I have tried to call back numerous times and can’t get through. I’m trying to make an urgent appointment for that family member who has never used the portal before. This is beyond frustrating."

"Love my doctor but its very difficult to get through to the office. The automated message often says the office is closed even though its regular visitor hours. They don't refill prescriptions when the pharmacy calls, messages sent through the portal are not given to the doctor. Good luck getting prescription refills. 3 times in the last 6 months I've been without a medication for well over a week before me or the pharmacy has gotten through. I'm currently looking for a new doctor"
