"Physicians Assistant and nurses are awesome! Helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgable. Wait time is awful. Made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours (after my appointment time) for the people who walked in. Wish they’d honor the people who took the time to make an appointment"

"These folks did a great job on New Years’s Eve with a 3-hour  backlog. They were able to catch up to a 2-hour wait and remained compassionate. The staff was friendly and informative and got me on the way to the pharmacy as quickly as they could. I wish they had an on-site pharmacy. The links they send to register are easy and helpful and lets you see how many patients are ahead of you. Tammy,  Daniella and Ruth were a good team."

"I’m gonna cut them some slack. I know it was the first day opening under Atlantic health. However, don’t open with very skeletal, minimal staff. I understand that having an appointment really doesn’t mean anything or at least that’s what I was told. My appointment was 10:00 AM. I got there at 9:45 AM. I was seen at 12:45 AM! The staff did the best they could with what they were working with. But to put them in that position was not right. I trust going forward they will be treated well and will have the support they need. And I’m also trusting that you keep your door shut until you could actually service your patients. I was also told that if I wasn’t better by day 10 that I’d probably need to come back. Do you really think I’m coming back there? I would love to see Danielle and your nurse but not there."

"My wife needed attention on Saturday. We were able to get an appointment online, but not sure if that made any difference in how soon we were able to receive attention. It still seemed to be a "first come, first served" arrangement but she was still able to see a doctor within about 40 minutes after waiting her turn. Since she is on the Atlantic Health System, she didn't have to fill out a lot of paperwork. She received a quick yet thorough check-up and a prescription. Perhaps the best part was that when she had a bad reaction to the first medication and we scheduled another visit to change it, the office called and took care of everything by phone. So, we didn't have to go down for a follow up visit. The second medication seems to be working. Overall, a nice experience. Nice receptionist, nurse and doctor."
