"Terrible place. Long waiting time. They do not want to understand your problem. I am a patient with clipped aneurysm. I had a severe headache. I went to ER, they fixed my headache temporarily, but it came back next morning after I came from the ER. I tried to get an appointment with my family doctor for the follow up appointment next day after ER and I was still unwell. I called Broad Axe Medicine and they suggested to see me in 2 months. I asked for earlier time and I explained that I feel terrible, they said that they can see me in a week. I came to their office directly next day first thing in the morning and they finally scheduled an appointment in 2 hours. I had the headache for a week. So I begged them for the help and asked to squeeze me between other patients to see the doctor earlier bc I was really bad with that headache. They said that I’d better go to ER and they can not squeeze me earlier. The receptionist even did not try to talk to the doctor. What they said is “it does not work like that”. Think twice before to go to this practice."
