"Have been a patient here for past 1.5 years. I love Dr Otsin and the clinical staff. Front desk receptionist (Jackie or Robin?) is awesome. Christina is a disgrace to this practice. Usually harsh and argumentative on the phone or in person. When questioned, gets extremely defensive and rude. Not real sure why she’s in this role…certainly not a people person!"
"This office deserves zero stars. I like the Doctors I've interacted with, but Christine is a horrible receptionist with the worst attitude, and needs to be fired. Why would ANYONE keep someone like that? She is rude and aggressive. Not too long ago I switched practices due to moving and requested my records to be moved elsewhere. I asked about the process and Christine was aggressive, was talking fast and loud, and over me. I asked to speak to someone else and she transferred me. For real, get RID of people like her. Don't even entertain going to this office."
"I like Dr. O she's really nice....but the receptionist Christine needs to be fired. This office if you call to make an appointment, and if Christine involves herself even if she's not on the phone with you the appointment will be refused. It's always "we can't do that " Legally that's not allowed, this is a pcp office you cannot refuse medical treatment,or refuse something that is court ordered. They are not allowed to refuse medical care. As a receptionist it is your job to make the appointment. If you choose not to do your job then you shouldn't work there. Again this is a pcp office, before urgent care pcp took care of majority of sicknesses..etc. I don't like going to urgent care, I have a pcp and I shouldn't of had my appointment refused . Tell me to come in and do test instead of over the phone. I understand a lot of viruses are going around but that's no excuse to refuse medical treatment. Easily someone can sue just for that. That's literally not okay at all. Christine, if the call doesn't pertain to you then you need to mind your business."
"This office called and canceled day of for a routine physical the 3rd time over a 4 month span of time. I said this is the 3rd cancellation from Dr. Oh in a third of a year. I understand things happen with doctors as they do with patients, but this is unprofessional. The receptionist dared to say, “Doctors are people, too.” I said yes, and patients are people, too. That’s not an excuse to cancel 3 appointments over a 4 month span of time. People expect to be taken care of by a doctor, and neither my health or my time are a concern for this office. I will be changing offices because this is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. 4 months without an appointment when I’m healthy. Is this the standard for sick patients as well? Sickening, concerning, and unprofessional are the words I would use to describe this office."
"Two of the receptionist I dealt with were very nice and helpful. The one was obviously severely burnt out, rude to other staff and every patient she talked to. The nurse was very nice. It was very convenient that they draw your blood in office. The doctor was great. She seemed to really listen and care about the issues I presented for. I was super nervous about going since it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a doctor, but it was a generally pleasant visit, and I will be returning."
