"I love the doctors at this location but I must say that the wait time is terrible ! They overbook, and shouldn't be accepting new patients when the current patients have to wait months for an appointment. I just called for a sick appt but they can't get me in for 2-3 weeks .... Why would you accept new patients if you don't have the time for the current ones? My last appointment was 2 weeks ago and I waited about an hour and 20 mins to see the doctor . Good doctors and nurses here but they definitely have more patients in this office than they can handle . *** Update *** waited a month for my appointment for them to cancel 7 hours before my appointment, and now have to wait an additional month for another appointment *****"
"I really liked Dr. Som, but she has left to work for the VA. It’s been very hard to find another Dr. in this practice that I like. I am thinking I will probably just find another Dr. who is associated with St. Luke’s because my husband works for St. Luke’s Easton. We do have great medical benefits through St. Luke’s."
"Been trying to call the number given by my insurance and the number is not a working number! Tried to call them for 2 days now asking why they can’t give the authorization for the pharmacy, the reason is Doctor is out of vacation and no one is trying to be responsible if the doctor is away? No one wants to answer any phone calls! They all pretend that their busy but their not! I’m sorry but you guys are carrying the famous St. Luke’s name and work properly according to your job!"
"I had a sick infant who sees Dr. Sum. When I called to make a sick apt today I was told the Dr. Is off on Tuesdays. I asked if another practitioner could see my daughter. I was informed noone else could. I asked what other options there were since this is the practice she goes to and there should be someone who covers sick visits for children if the Dr is off. I was given no options except to try another location. To get into another location I had to jump thru hoops becauee they were not the provider listed on her insurance card. I followed the instructions given to switch providers so she could be seen. When we arrived at the Forks location I was told she couldn't be seen since the insurance still showed Dr. Sum. Long story short in my opinion this should never happen. If you are a practice who sees children then have a plan in place for sick visits and not refer out to create an even further issue. This is not healthcare. I will be looking for another provider!"
"My grandson had a well visit appointment today. He had to wait an hour but that was okay. My daughter informed the receptionist Ashley last week that my grandson received his 12 month vaccines and will not be needing any immunizations on today’s visit. However, the nurse Liliana entered the room with prepared immunizations that he already received last week and almost administered a duplicate injections and became irritated and angry when she was reminded that he already received the immunizations. She remarked “I wasted $1000 on this”. Her remark was uncalled for and very unprofessional!!! This could of been detrimental to my grandson and was very upsetting to my grandson’s parents. My son-in-law was very distraught over this incident and when he told me and my daughter, we were all upset! One mistake is too many and there should be no mistakes when it comes to babies!!! This was a big near miss!!!"
