The first few visits or interactions I experienced, I thought it was me, I was a new patient and had to get used to the process - no, not the issue. The issue is the constant negative attitude given to me upon asking important and relevant questions. Lack of ability to reach my doctor and lack of care trickling all the way down to the receptionist."
