"The worst clinic makes you wait a long time to see you. The nurses are not friendly, they do not try to help you if you have a problem, they do as little as possible. And finally, if you call to make an appointment, it takes at least 30 minutes, the worst thing is they never answer or you get tired of waiting and end up hanging up. Instead of improving the system they make it worse"
