"Very attentive and helpful. Hear aids were delayed in shipping by the manufacturer (an issue out of their control). They helped in setting up and testing the hearing aids to my conditions as well as setting up and fully explaining the app on my phone to set up the hearing aids. The hearing aids are expensive but with proper insurance the cost was less than many OTC hearing aids. Strongly recommend."
