"In my last three visits to have blood drawn, only one was a good experience. Two of the visits were painful and left lasting marks and bruising. The techs were a bit rough. I make sure I drink water and am well hydrated prior to getting blood drawn to make the process easier. Seeing elderly and fragile patients in the waiting room who may have experienced the same made me sad."
