"I wish Goggle had an option for negative stars. I see this place is already rated so bad but there is zero effort to get better? Customer experience continues to go downhill. My daughter needed a simple form signed from Dr Myers and it’s been weeks and the office keeps shrugging this off. Staff is utterly incompetent and unprofessional. Someone in the comments said you could get PTSD from having to deal with this office and I can attest to that."
"I'm new to the area, and I tried to make an appointment. It was maddening. The woman who I spoke to had a heavy Spanish accent and kept interrupting me before I could even complete the sentence. My guess is that they hire the cheapest workers possible, and they give them minimal training, because they won't be there too long. Perhaps, the state licensing board or Medicare should be notified."
"I just got off the phone with my wife who was in tears over how she was treated this afternoon. She has been a patient of this practice for more than 30 years. She’d been to her dentist and was experiencing an apparent allergic reaction while driving home. So she stopped at her primary care practice (KOP Family Medicine) for help. When she got to you she was told “we can’t help you; go to urgent care.” When she asked where the nearest urgent care facility was, she was told “google it.” This is unconscionable behavior for a medical practice - to tell a long-time patient who is in distress, essentially to “get lost.”"
"STAY AWAY!! I made an appointment to see Dr. Michael Serino in August 2023 was told he could not see me until September 2023 so Finally the big day has arrived and I received a voicemail that the doctor was unable to see me at my scheduled appointment time and I would need to reschedule, so called back waited over 45-minutes to talk to a woman named Tiffany Who informed me that I would have to wait another two months. If I could give a zero star review I would this place is horrible I would not Suggest this practice to anyone. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews prior to making an appointment the staff has no care whatsoever the secretaries were horrible no one answers the phone and I bet no one will even reach out to me and take care of this issue"
"I have not been there since Covid hit in 2020. However, in 2019 i was trying to get an appointment with my primary and she was always unavailable. Recently, was told I cannot see my primary care physician any more because she is not taking new Patients and I am now considered a Patient. I have been seeing here for over 15 years. When I called to make an appointment, they said she did not have anything open until that Monday morning. So I took the appointment only to show up and be told that she is not here today. I then get to sit in a sweat box of an exam room for over an hour, waiting for the doctor who basically dismisses my concerns. I question their honesty, and the lack of communication is just horrible. Stay away"
