"The Dr's are good and provide good care, but St Luke's is always trying to get as much money as possible from you and has shady business practices. I was billed $200 for a TELEHEALTH visit. You read that correctly, charged a full Dr's office visit price for a 5 minute video call on a cell phone. I thought it had to be a coding mistake but the billing department had the audacity to suggest that this was a great price and on par with industry standards. What a joke as a video visit is clearly listed as $49 or less right on their website. I recommend going to LVHN."

"I called when I got there, there were some issues that were my fault I will admit, but the way they denied me before I walked in, barely mentioning rescheduling, and transferring me to another office without even telling me where this doctor was or even who I would even be talking to was unacceptable. I would never leave a review like this but the way I was treated was ridiculous."
