"I received a voicemail less than 24 hours before a scheduled MRI to tell me that the MRI machine broke and may not be up and running in time for my appointment. I called back and left a voicemail within 5 minutes to see what other options I may have since I had to take an entire day off of work and didn't receive a call back until the next morning, less than 4 hours before my appointment to tell me that the MRI machine is still broken but to hang in there because if it isn't fixed by my appointment time I might be able to come in later. Meanwhile, I'm fasting because the MRI is with IV contrast. Customer Service 101 dictates that when you can't provide a service to someone, no matter the reason, you should always follow it up with something you can do. And yes, a patient is a customer so there's no confusion. I find it incredibly suspicious that the MRI machine "broke" just in time for the Memorial Day weekend and also find it incredibly hard to believe that no other arrangements could be made within a network as big as Tower Health. Why boast about the scope of care that can be provided if you can't deliver on it? Tower Health doesn't deserve my business or anyone else's if they have no consideration for their patients (paying customers). People have employers that they're accountable to and can't just take off of work on a whim"

"If you don't mind waiting forever. The facility seems to only be capable of handling two patients at once. It's unbelievable how much waiting there is. The process is cumbersome. They hold you in registration for a while and then they hold you in the radiology waiting room. Never again."
