"So I go thru drive thru.. my order is cold ok no problem go back they tell me come inside ok no problem ordered a 20 pc and 2 large fri.. tell me why my nuggets 10 pc still cold plus a nugget bit out of no lie then a worker is runnin round with a nose bleed working the drive thru and front counter area and they mostly just playing at this location... nah.. I'm cool .. gimme back my money.."

"So if I placed and order and I was 61 cent short could I receive my order? The answer is no, so why is it ok for the restaurant to short me 61 cents because THEY do not have any change? This is UNACCEPTABLE , also after being shorted out of my money there's NO ketchup at this location @ 10am on a Friday . This is unsatisfactory customer service today at this location 12/01/2023"

"While the food was hot and didn’t take too long to cook, I was unable to go into the restaurant. We tried both doors and they were locked; ironically when we went through drive-thru they said the doors were locked after complaining about it! The service otherwise was good as they were attentive and patient."
