"12/21/2020 Called had a prescription refilled at 11am. Double checked to ensure that it was sent to a certain pharmacy. A text was sent notifying me that it was sent to a pharmacy that was incorrect. I called CC Family Practice immediately to get live answering service because they had closed at 4pm. She took my message but did not hear my complaint and therefore got the message incorrect. Never received a call back from them the next day so I called again 12/22/2020 at 9am line was busy, then at 10:30am line was busy, then 2:50pm to have it sent to the correct pharmacy and had to repeat Pittston 3 times for the representative to understand I was not saying Dickson City. Not the first time I had trouble. Instead of losing my temper for now on I will leave a review of their service."
