"This is for the ENT part of the practice. I have been here with my son 3 times now and every single time the wait is over an hour. The first time, we sat in a waiting room for 45 minutes and then were put in another waiting room for over an hour before we were seen. Yesterday we had a 4PM appointment. At 4:45 I asked the receptionist at check-in if we should reschedule and was told I can but wouldn't get back in until probably February. At 5 we were finally called and it seems like most of the staff left. We saw the doctor for 2 minutes total, took a quick look at my sons ears, and asked if he had a hearing test. We didn't, Dr Brutico looked in the hallway as if to do one and everyone went home for the day. As a 6 month follow up from an ear tubes procedure, I expected a hearing test. The wait and unprofessional manner of this office is not worth it."

"Had a referral to see a ENT. Someone called and said that they had a cancelation the next day and they would like me to come in. I couldn't commit to that appointment on such short notice and I said that I would call back later. I called back and they said that I refused the appointment and that I would need a new referral from my primary. I'm glad after seeing these reviews that we did not make an appointment. I will not do business with these people."

"I love my doctor. But the office staff is rude. I waited 10 minutes to be noticed by the check in staff. They were all standing around one desk gossiping. Was then told I was too late to be seen. I tried to explain I had recently had 2 deaths i In the family and to please explain to the doctor I was in distress and having BP issues. They asked me to have a seat and as I walked a chair heard one of the office staff comment. ,"I love the death excuse". I had to leave and asked that my doctor call me. It is now 6 hours later and I haven't heard from him. I have tried to contact him several times and I don't think he ever gets my message. I really Wish the office staff were more professional"

"Went here for the first time with my toddler. Check in was fast, and overall I was very satisfied with my experience, i was a little hesitant about coming here with all the bad reviews, but we were in and out within 30 min. From the front desk service, nurse, doctor(Dr Brutico), everyone was very nice and professional. I normally don't write reviews, but after reading so many bad reviews I almost didn't book an appointment here, glad I did!"

"Keith Pritchyk, M.D. was very nice but spoke REALLY fast. I waited probably more than twenty minutes between the waiting room & the inside waiting room. The receptionists were very nice but unorganized. The first woman I made the original appointment with didn't even write down who I was seeing. The doctor spoke to me, basically told me I have seasonal allergies, told me I don't have polyps (how does he know from a basic exam?), prescribed a few things and sent me on my way. The one prescription I got was $100+, he never even discussed it with me. He was pretty through and it was clear he knew his specialty inside and out, which was comforting. It was clear everyone here was in a rush & I didn't feel appreciated. Going to give them another chance in a month and see what happens. I came here a month or so ago for my COVID shots, everyone was very nice. Would recommend them for that."
