"Never seen such bad service. After making a mistake on my order, Would not ask me what was wrong. I was standing there for 10 minutes and finally I started to ask why i should be ignored like that. When the order came back it was wrong again. I just left everything on the table and didn't even ask for the money back. This place is a joke."
"It was upsetting the manager she was rude then the young guy on fries starts yelling and treats because I said it was easy to order from humans but now I have to use a computer to order I didn't buy anything from them I don't trust them and I don't think they should work for BK Nottingham way near Walmart don't go thereit was a horrible experience"
"Consistently received wrong order. The hamburger is just the patty in buns. No pickles, nor other ingredients including ketchup. When we specify as just the sandwich is it interpreted as nothing else in the sandwich?"
"This BK is close to me and I use to go everyday for breakfast. Notice they are not consistent in how they treat other customers even though the community is nonwhite. I requested any of the breakfast burritos and was told "No". Yet its on your menu. "We don't have those". Okay. I came back Sunday and was able to order 2 of the smaller breakfast burritos here. I don't know why during the week it was a problem. Also they extend themselves more to "certain" customers after they order. "Would you like sauce"? Not all customers get asked this. I am one of them. When I ask for sauce they provide it but it seems like a hassle. I don't know why they don't have packages of ketchup or what-not sitting on the counter if its a pain for them to retrieve it. And if they cannot serve certain items they show listed on the menu, then update the software for your display menu. Or have a hand-made paper sign taped underneath saying "we no longer serve...". Just to let the customers be aware. There are better BK's: one on Broad St. The other on Sloan Avenue. The extra mileage is worth it."
