"Everyone I dealt with was respectful and helpful but, this is the absolute worst cobbler work I have ever seen. Tiny machine nails for the heel, NO GLUE, and stitching where stitching should not be, and stitching that runs off the side of the boot. The stitching on the right boot is good, and doesn’t go around the heel but on the left boot the stitching continues halfway around the heel and abruptly runs off the boot as if whoever was working on it forgot what they were doing. The improper stitching was stained to try and hide the mistake. The biggest grievance is both boots fell apart after only six hours. I brought the boots to another cobbler to see if they can be fixed, and he found enough issues in a couple of minutes to warrant a complete re-do. Do not come here."

"I took a pair of boots in today to have the heel repaired on one. Contrary to what I had thought, the shop attendant told me the issue was minor and could be easily fixed. He took the boot and made the repair there and then and refused payment afterwards. On top of that the two guys working in the store were very friendly and great to talk to. I will be using these guys from now on and can’t recommend them enough."
