"I called them and set up an appointment. They took all my info and insurance over the phone. I waited almost a month to get seen, mainly due to COVID. I took a vacation day so I could see a doctor. When I arrive they tell me they don’t have me in the computer. The staff did not look professional at all. I was really upset about the miss communication but better off seeing a different doctor. I would not feel comfortable being seen by a doctor that hired staff like that."

"She's great if you can get through to her. If it weren't for emergency supplies from my pharmacy I would have been out of medication for TWO weeks. I try multiple times a day along with my pharmacy and we can't get through. My husband has needed an appointment for for almost a month now and same thing we can't get a hold of anyone in the office."

"My mother has been a faithful patient to this practice and has been treated unprofessionally on 3 separate occasions now. She was prescribed blood pressure medication in December and experienced a persistent cough. She did not know what the cause was and reached out to this office for medical advice. She called the practice 3 times, was put on hold, left messages, no calls back, finally receives a call and they tell her they can’t get her in until 1st of the year. She was coughing through the whole holiday feeling terrible. Anyways, we go to the appt and the PA Aubrey played dumb as ever acting like she never received any calls/messages (front office staff could be incompetent and didn’t relay the message but either way terribly unprofessional). Then, my mom goes back in March for persistent stomach pain/vomiting and once again sees the PA who blew off the symptoms and prescribed her an antacid. My mom makes another appt in May and is feeling really terrible (medicine not helping at all) and this office calls her and says “Sorry your appt is postponed until August...there are no doctors available and PA is on medical leave” Well, come July my mom is in the emergency room undergoing emergency gall bladder surgery. She calls the office post surgery and no one seemed to care about the surgery. Now, she comes to her appt today and the front office lady says “you’re one minute past the window of time to arrive. we can’t take you.” We’re both in shock considering they canceled her appt in May (mom never complained just said ok despite being in pain) and then was forced into emergency surgery to due the PA’s incompetence of not further investigating a serious medical issue. I would only recommend this practice if you’re dying and desperate...then again they probably will just cancel the appt and tell you you’re late. Remember, your doctors work for you...every patient deserves respect and to be taken seriously!"
