"I saw Dr K O'Connell and felt like I got the bum's rush. Came in, asked about my issues, looked quickly and the answer to all my questions was "bone on bone". Tried to explain the right foot issue had to be from an injury & very painful. Bone on bone. Left in pain, still in pain, and trying to get an appt w a reputable podiatrist"

"Went there cause i had a callus on big toe. She did not numb it just soaked my feet for a few minutes then started digging in my toe! "PAINFULL""

"This is the 2nd time I’m leaving a review as the first one was removed by the company, which I didn’t realize could happen. Google - what is the purpose of reviews if the company can simply remove them ? the staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We were 10 minutes early for the appointment but were told that wasn't early enough for our visit. I had my insurance card- the primary. My kids are under my insurance , every doctor office we've been to accepts my insurance card and looked up my kids info with no problem. Except this place which turned us away without taking care of my child's foot problem, didn't offer an option like billing me, and insinuated insurance fraud!!! I've never been treated so unprofessionally. Instead we waited over a week for this appt and were turned away."

"This review is for Dr. Kedzie at Allegheny Podiatry at the Waterfront location...have seen other podiatrists in the area, and have other specialists, and Dr. Kedzie goes far above and beyond. I had a similar procedure at another podiatrist, and there is no comparison...Dr. Kedzie's explanations, course of treatment, and skills were far above and beyond what I received at another podiatrist in Pittsburgh. Dr. Kedzie is a very high quality podiatrist - highly recommend!"

"Mediocre. Dr Kruljac made up his mind in 30 seconds. I didn't feel listened to & he told me New Balance would give me good shoes and insoles. I spent $200 on shoes and insoles (even after his discount card so he got credit for sending me there). They didn't help at all. I went to another podiatrist that took a minute to think about it, noticed one of my ankles was slightly swollen, noted I have high arches & need fairly extreme arch support. I won't be going back here, but am sticking to my new podiatrist."
