"My fiancée was required to go to this center by her PCP. It was a 3 month wait to get an appointment where: 1. She had to be unaccompanied during a serious procedure. I was not allowed in the waiting room let alone the building. 2. She felt like she was being treated like a child when she wasn’t being ignored completely. 3. Her procedure was halted mid-way through because the doc (Barbati) had “seen enough”, ignoring the fact that he was skipping the most relevant part. Waterfront Surgery Center feels like an insurance scam, just pushing patients though as fast as possible without care for diagnosis in an effort to rack up charges. I would highly suggest avoiding it at all costs."

"I'd give a 5 stars because everyone was nice, but the nurse I had refused to call me by my proper pronouns. I am legally a female on my licenses, and all documents. I felt I was discriminated against. Even after explaining to my nurse that I am a transgender woman. She still referred to me as he, and him. I felt highly discriminated against. Coming from a city that is so call progressive and has anti discrimination laws for transgender folk's The nurses in the or and anesthesiologist were awesome. They were great! Wish I could of had a better experience with my nurse. Over all it's a decent place if your not transgender. Really there shouldn't of been confusing. My band says female and all my documents matched up. Not only that I was there for breast augmentation."

"l elected to & underwent my procedure without Anestesia by choice because of a busy schedule and they were very accomadating as the setup was made less painful to make up for the choice. I was able to see the video as it took place and also got instructed through it all, recieved records in the end to top it all off. It's a first time so follow up means this should be pending but whatever happens down the road this turned out to be an excellent choice of place to visit and also the timing was supurb. ☆ update, minus a star from what was 5 originally for the grumpy customer service when I called to get a copy saying I don't have cancer yet., also when the copy came it had beechwood instead of edgewood addressed on the envelope to me it is unnecessary to make mistakes like that unless you want to say you dislike someone without having to say it. If anyone in charge needs to hear it I have that, she did not tell me her name after I asked."

"All of my experiences here have been positive. The staff is very compassionate. The wait times are usually within reason. Parking is never an issue."

"The people that work here are amazing! They took great care of me before, during, and after my surgery. At one point i got really cold and they brought me warm blankets and even a small heater which was amazing. At one point i didn't know if i was at a surgery center or a spa! :) Very good and would recommend anyone to this center."
